Very light and compact
I travel long distances by motorcycle, where warmth, wind protection, and packing volume are important factors. Recently, I lost a beloved windblock fleece vest that accompanied me on an 11,000 mile trip to Alaska. This loss provided an opportunity to replace a garment that was beginning to get threadbare. The Arc'teryx Atom LT Vest makes a superb replacement, just as warm, but it takes up less than half as much space when packed. A 10" Eagle Creek Pack-it cube is a perfect fit for the rolled up vest.
