Arc'teryx Alpha SL is a featherweight pullover designed to be packed along for quick weather protection. Extremely breathable, Gore-Tex® PacLite® is ideal when weight and space are critical. Alpha SL pullover includes a full-length, separating pit zip that allows easy entry and exceptional ventilation and weather protection. 2.5-layer Gore-Tex® PacLite® is engineered specifically to be light, packable and more breathable than other 2- or 3-layer Gore-Tex fabrics. A waterproof membrane is laminated to the shell fabric and then covered by a thin, durable protective coating made of an oil-resistant substance. Lack of need for a separate liner allows fabric to be light and compact; combines durable wind- and waterproofness with exceptional breathability. Micro seam allowances increase breathability and suppleness, and save weight; all seams are sealed for complete protection. Helmet-compatible Storm Hood™ with laminated brim adjusts for good visibility in all directions. Voluminous watertight kangaroo pocket enhances frontal protection and stores quick-access items. Laminated, 2-way pit zippers provide easy venting; 1 has a full-length design. Laminated drop back hem with drawcord adjustment; front of jacket hits at the lower hips.
