This strap-free neoprene waistpack securely carries an iPod® nano™ or shuffle™ and a few essentials for easy access while on the go. Revolutionary, patented lock-on design clamps directly to the outside of the waistband, securely attaching without confining or chafing. Quick-grip, easy-entry pocket tab lets you insert and remove player. View-thru stretch mesh outer pocket provides you easy access and viewing of controls. Additional zipper pocket holds keys, cash, coins, ID, credit cards, cell phone or energy gels. Breathable, moisture-wicking, ultra-soft backpanel.

You forget its there!

I tried the fanny pack style and those always seem to ride up and down---not a good feeling to my sensitive skin. I tried the arm bands and those were also very uncomfortable. I gave this one a try and I forgot it was clipped onto my shorts. It didn't move or irritate my skin during my outdoor running. I love it! The only 2 things I would like to see differently is allowing the metal clip to open wider and a little more room in the zipped pocket.
